Integrative Peptides TB-500: Frag, Frag Max and the Spray
What our oral TB-500 is, how the three Frag products differ and how they pair with BPC-157.

What Integrative Peptides TB-500 is
Integrative Peptides TB-500 is sold under the name Frag. TB-500 is the name people use for the short active region of thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein found in almost every cell in the body. Thymosin beta-4 binds actin, the protein cells use to move and change shape, and the short fragment carries much of that activity.
Most TB-500 sold online is a freeze-dried powder for injection. Frag is different: it’s an oral supplement with an acetylated and amidated form of the thymosin beta-4 active fragment, capped at both ends so it holds up better in the gut. It contains no prescription ingredients.
Frag, Frag Max and the Frag spray
- Frag: 250 mcg of the TB-500 fragment per capsule, 60 capsules, $150.
- Frag Max: 300 mcg of the fragment plus 200 mcg of a purified thymus peptide fraction per capsule, 60 capsules, $185.
- Frag Oral Spray: 250 mcg of the fragment and 25 mg of D-ribose per two sprays, peppermint, 60 servings, $150.
If you’re new to it, start with Frag. If you already like Frag and want a stronger capsule, move up to Frag Max. Choose the spray if capsules are a chore.
Integrative Peptides TB-500 with BPC-157
TB-500 and BPC-157 are the most common peptide pairing online, and our customers are no different. The WLVRN+ bundle puts Frag Max together with BPC-157 Delayed Release and CerebroPep for $333. Or build your own: one Frag bottle and one BPC-157 bottle, with INTEGRATIVE10 for 10% off. Our BPC-157 guide explains which BPC-157 to choose.
What the research on thymosin beta-4 shows
Thymosin beta-4 has been studied since the 1980s, much of it at the US National Institutes of Health by Allan Goldstein and colleagues. Animal and cell studies have looked at wound closure, heart tissue after injury, hair growth and eye surface repair. The PubMed search for thymosin beta-4 lists hundreds of papers. Most of that work used injected or topical forms, so oral products like Frag are a newer way to take the fragment.
How to take Frag
The capsule labels say one capsule, one to two times a day. For the spray, it’s two sprays once or twice a day. Keep the bottle closed, cool and dry. As with any supplement, check with your doctor first if you take medication or have a health condition.
Who chooses Frag
Most Frag customers already take BPC-157 and want to add the TB-500 fragment. Others pick it on its own because they want an oral thymosin beta-4 product and don’t want to deal with vials. The capsule is unflavored, so it’s easy to take with water at any time of day.
