Delivery times
Delivery time depends on where the parcel is going and how quickly the carrier moves it. The tracking link shows each step, and the date in your shipping email is the best guide. If tracking hasn’t moved for several days, contact us with your order number and we’ll chase it.
Customs and local rules
Since July 2021, every parcel entering the EU from outside it is liable for import VAT, whatever its value, and the carrier usually collects it before delivery. The UK, Switzerland and Norway have their own VAT and import rules. Some countries also have specific rules on supplements. Official guidance is on the EU customs website. You’re responsible for knowing the rules where you live, so check them before you order.
Language and labels
Labels are in English. If your country requires a local-language label for supplements sold in shops, that rule usually does not apply to personal imports, but check if you are unsure.
What to order first

Storing your order after delivery
Open the parcel and check the safety seals. Store bottles somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun. Sprays should be used within about 90 days of opening. If anything arrives damaged, email sales@integrative-peptides.com within 14 days with a photo.
